Barista

AAFCANS purpose is to serve the Australian Defence Community. Our outlets are designed to provide barista style coffee, offering meals and convenience products on Army and Air Force bases.

About the role:

• Permanent Full-Time Level 1 Barista role
• We are open Monday to Friday, so no weekends or public holidays!
• Based at ADFA (Australian Defence Force Academy) within the NSW Uni Campus
• Operating a Coffee Kiosk
• Serving cafe style options to students, faculty and defence personnel on base
• Apart of a dynamic team
• Fast paced customer service

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Strong barista skills and previous experience as a barista (required)
• Previous experience in hospitality environments
• Food preparation skills
• Comfortable to work alone and part of a team
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm
• Great customer service skills
• Car and license essential
