About the role

We are seeking a long term Metal Fabricator/Welder to join our team at Macweld Industries Pty Ltd in Largs Bay, SA. We cross a broad range of metal fabrication works, including structural, mining, metalwork, stainless steel, recycling, site work and shut downs.This is a full-time/casual position with opportunities for career development and growth within our organisation.

Requirements:

1. Cert III in Metal Fabrication

2. White Card (Desirable)

3. Drivers Licence (Desirable)

4. Work to Australian Standard 1554

Role:

1. Read and interpret workshop and site drawings

2. Experience with GMAW/MMAW/TGAW

3. Able to work within a team environment or independently

4. Experience with tools and equipment, mechanical saws, grinding, drilling, oxy/acetylene, plasma, folding/rolling

5. Understanding Australian Standards with fabrication and welding

All successful applicants will be required to complete a Pre-employment Medical with Drug & Alcohol screen prior to commencing employment.
