Think bulk billing can't pay properly? This practice was built to prove otherwise. The owner GP gives hands on billing guidance so doctors are not hunting for consult items to make a day work. Care plans run on nearly every patient, and average gross billings sit at $2,500 to $3,000 a day full time once established.
Full or Part Time Works HereFull time up to 6 days per week + extended hours. A short week still bills properly because the systems around recalls, care plans and health assessments do the heavy lifting.

Company, Culture and Site The owner GP started at the practice as a locum and bought it 2 years ago because it was doing good work in the community and would otherwise have closed. He consults 4 days a week, runs the entire business himself, and gives hands on billing guidance.
Small and deliberately non corporate — 3 doctors, 2 of them long serving and well respected, where cases are discussed constantly, doctors cover for each other, and leave is not a fight.
The practice has sat in the same location for more than 20 years. 3 consulting rooms, full time nurse and treatment room, onsite pathology and a monthly dietitian. Best Practice, Cubiko and AI scribing. Free onsite parking with a designated space. Patient base reopened and growing, with a build up of around 2 to 3 months.
