Role Description

The Quality Assurance Officer is a full-time on-site role based in Croydon South, VIC. The responsibilities of the role include implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control programs, conducting regular quality audits, and ensuring compliance with HACCP and industry standards. The role involves analyzing production processes to maintain product quality, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to address any quality issues. The Quality Assurance Officer will also collaborate with production teams to support a culture of safety, consistency, and excellence in product delivery.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management

• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring processes and identifying areas for improvement

• Proficiency in conducting Quality Audits and implementing quality standards

• Familiarity with HACCP certification and industry-specific compliance standards

• HACCP certification is preferred but not essential at application

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field

• A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field is required

• Previous experience in bakery or food manufacturing is an advantage
