The Margaret Family is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join the front of house team at Gran Torino, our vibrant contemporary Italian restaurant in the heart of Double Bay.

Inspired by the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality, Gran Torino celebrates exceptional Australian produce through a menu of house made pasta, premium seafood, quality meats and an extensive wine program. Our focus is on delivering genuine, memorable experiences with professional, knowledgeable service in a welcoming and energetic environment

About You

Ideally, you'll have:

• At least 1 year experience in quality restaurants

• Confidence managing a section

• A solid understanding of food & wine

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

You will also:

• Be well presented, professional, and customer focused with strong attention to detail

• Communicate confidently and contribute to a positive, team oriented environment

• Remain calm, organised and efficient under pressure

• Be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
