About the Role
We're hiring reliable Support Workers across our North, West & South East Melbourne regions. This is a casual role with consistent work, a minimum of 20 hours per week, with room to take on more. You'll work directly with males providing practical support, encouragement, and consistency across a mix of environments.
We're looking for team members who want regular, ongoing hours, not ad-hoc shifts. Let us know which region you're based in when you apply.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 mentoring and support to males - helping them build skills, routines and confidence.
Deliver support based on each participant's individual support plan, tailored to their specific goals and developed in collaboration with their care team.
Support participants with daily living skills, routines, and positive behaviour strategies.
Maintain clear, professional progress notes and updates.
Work collaboratively with families, care teams and Headstart staff.
About You
We're looking for team members who:
Have a genuine passion for this work.
Bring energy, consistency, and reliability.
Can build strong rapport and act as a positive role model.
Have experience in youth work, disability, education or mentoring.
Are based in or near the North, West, South East, or Geelong and can commit to consistent weekly hours.
Are available for a mix of weekday, after-school, and weekend shifts.
Requirements
Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
Current Police Check
First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
