Murrin Murrin Operations has an opportunity for experienced Process Plant Operator’s seeking an even time roster, with career progression and professional growth opportunities.

Our complex and technically challenging process plant consists of three operating areas: Ore Leach, Refinery and Utilities. As a key member of our production Team you will be presented with professional development and real career progression opportunities.

The Role

The successful person will become a member our hardworking and committed team who are responsible for operating a variety of fixed-plant circuits, which will include a selection of the following technologies:

Ore crushing, milling & screeningHigh Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL)Thickening, neutralisation & BriquettingSulphide precipitation & leachingSolvent extraction & Hydrogen reductionSulphuric acid & Process gas productionPower supply (gas & steam turbines)

About You

This role would suit a motivated, focused and professional person, looking for a long-term career within a technically challenging and rewarding work environment. You will also have:

A current and valid HR Drivers Licence (Advantageous)LF Licence & front-end Loader Experience (Advantageous)Previous experience operating in a continuous operating metallurgical plantSound knowledge of mechanical and chemical processes and chemical reagent hazardsDemonstrated familiarity with individual and team-based risk assessment tools and HSE proceduresExperience with systems and procedures used within a similar process industryFamiliar working with permit to work procedures
