An opportunity has become available for an influential midwifery leader to join Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) as Midwifery Unit Manager Level 3.
Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary leadership team, you will champion excellence in care for women, babies and families, while leading and developing a highly skilled and passionate midwifery workforce.
As Midwifery Unit Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across maternity services, driving innovation, workforce excellence, clinical quality and woman-centred care. You will play a pivotal role in shaping service delivery, advancing contemporary models of maternity care and ensuring women and their families receive safe, compassionate and evidence-based care throughout their journey.
The successful candidate will foster a culture where women are at the centre of every decision, where midwives are empowered to thrive, and where continuous improvement and innovation are embraced.
