Home & Yard Maintenance Worker

Living Right Care is looking for a reliable Gardener to support NDIS participants with basic home and yard maintenance across Frankston, Seaford and the Mornington Peninsula.

We’re open to experienced gardeners, people looking for a career change, or someone starting out in the workforce. We also welcome applications from people with disability who can safely perform the inherent requirements of the role.

About the role:

• Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance

• Physical ability to perform manual gardening tasks including lifting, bending, and extended outdoor work is essential

• Supporting participants to maintain a safe and tidy outdoor environment

• Using a company ute, trailer, tools and equipment

• Starting from our Seaford base and travelling throughout the local area

• Working with a partner or independently while being supported by our office team

Requirements:

• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Ability to work independently

• Police Check (or willing to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

• Australian work rights are essential for this position

This is a physical outdoor role. You will need to be able to safely complete manual gardening tasks including lifting, bending, pushing equipment and working outdoors for extended periods.
