Account Manager - Phone-Based Sales

As an Account Manager with Premium Health, you’ll build and manage client relationships primarily through phone and digital communication. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio, drive growth, and gain exposure to a variety of leading Australian organisations.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of sales rep or call centre sales experience, ready to step into a position with real responsibility, structured support, and a strong opportunity to grow your sales and account management skills.

Most client interaction is conducted via phone and email rather than face-to-face, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and achieving results over the phone.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities through regular phone and digital communication.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contribute to revenue targets.
• Use tools like Salesforce CRM to track activity, pipeline, and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Who You Are

You have 1–2 years of phone sales or sales representative experience preferably selling services, and are ready to step into a role with responsibility and growth opportunities.
