Case Manager
Fixed-term Full-time opportunity | 12 months
Flexible location across our Sydney, Speers Point, Singleton or Woonona offices
WFH flexibility available after training period is complete
About the role:
We are currently seeking two proactive Case Managers on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of claims management in line with legislation and business rules. With your exceptional customer service and organisational skills. The purpose of your role is to support injured workers by monitoring their recovery with the end goal to return to work in a timely and sustainable manner.
Your main responsibilities include:
Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rules
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategies
Engage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issues
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standards
About you:
Your education, experience and skills will include:
Experience in claims management
Minimum 1-2 years Workers Compensation experience
Competent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
An ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workload
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of medical terminology
