About The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Assistants in Nursing to join our team. This is a great opportunity to build your clinical experience, develop your skills and work alongside experienced nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll be supported through orientation and on-the-job learning while gaining valuable experience in a healthcare environment.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to support the delivery of safe, person-centred care.
Your Responsibilities May Include
Assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care.Supporting patient comfort, mobility and nutrition.Undertaking delegated observations and routine care.Maintaining a safe, clean and supportive environment.Communicating changes in a patient's condition to the Registered Nurse.Supporting the nursing team with day-to-day clinical activities.Working collaboratively with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary team.Maintaining patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
