Experienced End-of-Lease & Oven Cleaning Subcontractor

About the role

You will be offered end-of-lease cleaning jobs in your preferred Melbourne service areas. You may accept or decline jobs depending on your availability and operate independently within the agreed property access times and completion deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Professional oven, stovetop and rangehood cleaning

• Complete end-of-lease cleaning

• Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning

• Shower screen, toilet and laundry cleaning

• Internal window and skirting board cleaning

• Vacuuming and mopping

• Removing grease, built-up grime and stubborn marks

• Completing final quality checks

• Providing before-and-after photos

• Rectifying any cleaning issues relating to the agreed scope of work

About you

• A current and valid ABN

• Previous professional cleaning experience

• Strong end-of-lease cleaning experience

• Demonstrated skill in detailed oven cleaning

• Your own professional cleaning equipment and products

• Valid Australian working rights

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• The ability to work independently and deliver an agreed result

• A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
