Remote Appointment Setter/Sales | PART TIME - Australia

About the role

This is a high-performance sales role calling warm leads for premium legal clinics across Australia, specifically for family law cases worth $20,000–$100,000+. Your job is to call these warm leads, build trust quickly, educate them on the treatment, and book qualified appointments that actually show up taking a payment over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Complete boot camp training on legal services and sales techniques

• Listen to sales recordings from top sales performers

• Memorize the proven sales script

• Call and follow up with warm leads who've enquired

• Handle objections and book qualified appointments that show up by taking a deposit

• Guide potential patients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence

• Hit daily call targets

• Hit daily booking targets

• Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality

• Track all activity in the custom CRM

About you

• Excellent attitude towards work

• Proven phone sales experience — insurance sales, solar sales, high-ticket B2C closers, or similar

• Phone sales: 1 year (Required)

• Comfortable having real conversations with real people about a high-value decision

• Strong closer who also knows how to listen

• Self-motivated and disciplined

• Reliable internet connection

• Quiet dedicated workspace

• Australian-based (any state)
