As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House team at Red Hill and help shape the next chapter of the business.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Front of House operation and creating an environment where both our team and our guests thrive.

You'll:

• Lead service from the floor and set the standard every day
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture where people enjoy coming to work
• Coach, mentor and develop your team to be their best
• Deliver guest experiences that people can't wait to tell their friends about
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, consistent service
• Manage staffing, rosters and labour costs
• Work closely with our kitchen leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Champion our values and help shape the culture of Red Gum BBQ

About You

You're an experienced hospitality leader who understands that great restaurants are built by great people.

You:

• Have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior Front of House leader
• Lead with confidence, empathy and accountability
• Love coaching and developing people
• Stay calm under pressure and thrive in busy service
• Have exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
• Aren't afraid to roll your sleeves up and lead from the front
