What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting customers with energy and professionalism as they drop off their vehicles

• Answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and managing vehicle drop-offs/pickups

• Acting as the key link between our customers and the workshop team, keeping guests updated on their vehicle's progress

• Preparing accurate quotes, explaining repair recommendations, and processing final invoices and payments

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

• People Skills: Natural communicator who enjoys talking to people, building rapport, and solving problems

• Resilience: Level-headed and composed when managing busy peak morning check-in periods

• Professionalism: Well-presented, punctual, reliable, and a great team player

• Licence: Current valid Australian Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred)
