Panel Beater

Car Experts Ballina are seeking a dedicated, fully qualified or 3rd or 4th year apprentice Panel Beater to join our team of professionals on a full-time basis, though contract work is available. We have 2 locations in Ballina for employment.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage

• Repair and reshape body panels

• Welding and cutting

• Align and fit panels

• Read and interpret repair manuals

• Maintenance of tools and equipment

• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to

• Provide customer service

Experience & attributes:

• Prior experience in Panel Beating

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Panel Beating required

• Trade Certificate

• Either a completed trade certificate or 3rd/4th year apprentice status is acceptable

• Current Australian driver's License

• Reliable punctuality

• Able to work effectively with a team or autonomously

• Keen eye for details in shape, alignment, and finish

• Time management & organisational skills
