About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Factory Hand to join our Coopers Plains team immediately. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with on-site parking and easy access to public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and loading customer goods for pick-up
• Operating a forklift (essential)
• Assembly operations and removing parts from laser/plasma cut sheets
• Grinding, sanding, and linishing of metal components
• Tapping, nutserting, and studding of components
• General housekeeping and assisting with folding/fabrication tasks
• Ad hoc duties as directed by the Production Supervisor

About You:

• Current Australian forklift licence (essential)
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically fit
• Experience in laser/plasma cutting and fabrication (desirable)
• Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work independently
• Flexible for weekend overtime (optional for extra earnings)
