Hair and Beauty Company are looking for an experienced and exceptional Operations Co-Ordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis at our Office in Kings Park, reporting directly to the CEO.

As a fast-growing brand with a presence in Europe and Australia, we're looking for a dynamic Operations Co-Ordinator to help support our continued global expansion.

.     Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute daily operational and workflow activities

• Support and align office staff with strategic business goals

• Generate detailed and accurate reports on operational performance

• Maintain and manage workplace documentation in line with legal and industry best practices

• Continuously review and improve systems, processes, and documentation

• Manage external communication and technology support for all third-party services

• See tasks through to completion with strong attention to detail and follow-up

• Set and uphold high professional standards across all areas of the business.

  1.     What We’re Looking For

  Essential:

  • Bachelor of Business or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operations, project, or office management role

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  Desirable:

  • Experience working with Netsuite ERP (or relevant system experience)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a beauty, fashion, or consumer product environment
