About the role
Join a team that's transforming veterinary diagnostics across Australia.
VEPALABS is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Officer to provide hands-on support, training and technical expertise to veterinary clinics using our point-of-care diagnostic analysers and equipment.
If you're a Veterinary Nurse looking for a new challenge, or someone with experience in diagnostic equipment, technical support or field service, this could be the perfect opportunity to combine your technical knowledge with customer engagement in a dynamic and rewarding role.
As a Technical Support Officer, you will be the face of VEPALABS, working directly with veterinary practices to ensure their diagnostic equipment is operating effectively and delivering reliable results. You'll provide training, perform quality control testing, troubleshoot technical issues and support clinics both remotely and onsite.
This is a field-based role that requires regular travel throughout your region, excellent organisational skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
