Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and forward-thinking Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role is integral to the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced water drilling company, ensuring the team remains organised, efficient, and always one step ahead.

Working closely with the Director, Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate drilling site activities, manage daily inventory movements, oversee scheduling; and support compliance, repairs, and maintenance processes.

 As you learn and grow in the role, you will take on a more hands-on position alongside the Director, assisting with quoting complex, large-scale Great Artesian bore projects and coordinating the procurement of specialised drilling equipment.

You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be proficient at using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and be open to change as our company grows.

This position is ideally suited to someone who is solutions-focused, anticipates needs before they arise, and consistently thinks with the bigger picture in mind.
