 Casual Retail Sales Assistant

Are you fit*, fun, and fabulous with a passion for projects and helping customers bring their ideas to life?

We’re looking for a new casual team member to join our project passionate crew. As a casual, you would need to be flexible with your availability and able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to both DIY and trade customers

• Helping customers choose the right products for their projects

• Building relationships with trade professionals and understanding their needs

• Keeping the store neat, stocked, and welcoming

• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently

• Supporting stock control and store presentation

• Meeting monthly KPI’s and sales targets through exceptional customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

• A fit*, positive, and energetic person who enjoys helping others

• A genuine interest in DIY, colour, and all things projects

• Ability to retain and explain technical product information clearly and confidently

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Must hold a current driver’s licence

• Retail experience in the paint or home improvement industry preferred but not essential

• Flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed
