Eurostyle Smallgoods Butcher are a family owned and operated fresh meat butcher and smallgood producer. Operating for over 40 years and using locally sourced fresh produce. ‌

Based at their facilities in Bibra Lake an opportunity has arisen for a Butchery Apprentice to join their busy team. Starting at 6.30am daily, priority will be given to locally based applicants with their own transport. To be considered you must be physically fit in order to handle large cuts of meat and undertake boning duties.

The position would suit a recent school leaver, applicants will also be considered if you can demonstrate a strong work history, food industry experience and a desire to enter the trade.

No prior experience is necessary but you will require excellent personal hygiene and strong communication and customer service skills. You will receive ongoing training and valuable hands on experience to learn all aspects of traditional butchery.

• Keen to learn all aspects of the trade 
• Be well presented
