• Employee role (part-time or full-time) with strong clinical leadership and governance to support you to focus on your psychological work 
• Regular in-house individual and group supervision, plus practice-specific supervision (e.g., EMDR, child therapy, couples work)

About you 

• You have at least 3 years’ experience providing therapy services and you're passionate about working with children.
• You’re confident working with complexity (e.g.: trauma, comorbidity) and bring strong clinical judgement and boundaries. 
• You value ongoing personal and professional development, and you seek feedback to continuously sharpen your practice. 
• You enjoy working collaboratively within a team and contributing to a strong, supportive practice culture. 
• You’re down-to-earth, enjoy a good laugh and appreciate the opportunity to connect with colleagues 
• You’re looking for a group practice with great administrative support and clinical leadership, so you can focus your energy on client work. 
• Whilst not essential, we’d love to welcome a psychologist experienced in supervision and / or mentoring or someone who would enjoy building their skills in these areas with the support of great clinical supervisors. This could involve working towards becoming a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor, which we’d be happy to support! 

About the role 

This is a part-time or full-time employee opportunity for a psychologist experienced in child therapy who is committed to neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-responsive practice. The caseload for this role will include approximately 50% child therapy (this can be more if you'd prefer).

The role is available part-time or full-time, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week, at our Canning Vale location.
