Sales Advisor

You’ll love this role if you want to learn how to sell properly and build skills that stay with you long term.

You’ll spend most of your day speaking with customers who want to talk through their quote, so you’re not cold calling or searching for leads. You’ll follow a clear script, ask the right questions and help them choose cover that genuinely fits their life. There are targets to hit, and you’ll learn how to close the sale.

It’s repetitive at times, and there’s pressure to stay accurate while keeping pace. But if you like learning through doing, seeing your numbers improve and getting better with every call, this is where strong sales careers are built.

You’ll receive paid training, then ongoing coaching and feedback several times a week to keep building your confidence and sales skills. Learning how to handle objections, bounce back from the “no’s” and keep improving is all part of the role, and you’ll have leaders who genuinely invest in helping you reach a level you may not have thought possible. As your capability grows, so does your opportunity to earn through our performance incentive program.

What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role in-office at Chermside
• Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
• Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
• Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
• Perform across multiple systems at once, including online quoting tools and customer records
• Receive regular coaching and feedback, and use it to build confidence and capability over time
