Site Manager

TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a $20m Development in Canning Vale

This role suits a hands-on leader who enjoys being on site, coordinating trades, maintaining programme, and driving quality outcomes across a large, multi-faceted development. You’ll be supported by an experienced project team and clear construction systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from early works through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
• Maintain construction programme, sequencing, and milestones
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on site
• Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholders
• Drive efficient delivery across a large mixed-use / retail build

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial, retail, or mixed-use projects
• Strong understanding of site coordination and construction sequencing
• Confident managing multiple trades and work fronts
• Clear, practical communicator with strong leadership skills
• Full Australian working rights
