We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Bra Fitter / Retail Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping women feel confident, comfortable, and supported through expert fitting services and exceptional customer care.

As a Bra Fitter, you will provide personalised fitting consultations, recommend suitable products, and create a welcoming shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships.

Hours: Approximately 2 days per week, with days negotiable. Availability to work Saturdays is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional bra fittings and provide expert product recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment.
• Assist customers in selecting lingerie and related products.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Build strong product knowledge and stay informed about new collections and fitting techniques.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and team goals.

What We're Looking For

• Essential: Experience in stock management.
• Previous retail, customer service, or lingerie fitting experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence working one-on-one with customers in a fitting environment.
• A genuine passion for helping people feel their best.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
