ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Casual Retail Assistant at Black Pepper Whitford, you'll be on hand to give customers exceptional service, help them find the perfect fit, and keep the store looking clean, inviting, and on-brand. You'll pitch in with stock management, work closely with your team, and bring a positive, can-do energy to every shift. This role suits someone who loves fashion, takes pride in great service, and wants flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring it’s clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
• Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
• Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
• Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals

ABOUT YOU

• Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day!  
• Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environment
• Able to commit to a shift pattern & some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
• You can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
