About the role

The Reservations and Administration Person works autonomously to coordinate all customer enquiries, bookings and the skydiving calendar. 

Duties and responsibilities

Handle incoming customer and agent bookings and enquiries by phone and email, skydive calendar planning and general administration duties.

Skills and experience

No experience in the skydiving industry is required and full training will be provided. Previous tourism sales and customer service experience preferred.

The successful applicant will be positive, an excellent communicator, self-motivated, flexible and willing to work to sales targets. They will strive for excellence in customer service and be confident in handling complex customer service issues.
 

Hours and start date

6-20 hours per week.

Saturday and Sunday.

Immediate start.
