Live Easy - Social Experience Assistant

Live Easy is looking for a Social Experience Assistant to support our growing social programs across Adelaide.

In this hands-on role, you'll help deliver enjoyable outings and events for older adults from Adelaide's multicultural communities. You'll support members during activities, drive program vehicles, and help create safe, welcoming, and engaging experiences.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, proactive, and enjoys working with people. Experience in customer service, community services, or aged care is highly regarded.

What you'll be doing

• Support and attend Live Easy Social outings and events.

• Drive program vehicles to transport members safely.

• Assist with setting up and packing down activities and refreshments.

• Build positive relationships with members and community groups.

• Promote Live Easy Social programs within the community.

• Maintain accurate attendance and activity records.

• Report any member wellbeing or safety concerns.

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.

• Experience in customer service, community services, or aged care (preferred).

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and customer management systems.

• Current unrestricted South Australia Driver's Licence.

• Willingness to drive a 12-seater minibus.
