Aftermarket Sales Manager

Position Purpose

BAC Australia is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead the growth of our Aftermarket Business across Australia and New Zealand.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across spare parts, service, installations, refurbishment projects and preventative maintenance solutions. Working closely with customers, channel partners and internal teams, you will develop and execute sales strategies that strengthen BAC's market position while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What You Will Bring to the BAC Team

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven sales and business development experience within mechanical, industrial, HVAC or related industries.
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Well-developed commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing key accounts and driving customer growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems, SAP or other ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering value and building long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing aftermarket growth strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
• Driving sales of spare parts, preventative maintenance, refurbishment projects and service solutions.
• Building strong relationships with customers, representatives and channel partners.
• Managing key accounts and strategic service opportunities.
• Developing market plans, sales targets, forecasts and budgets.
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding BAC's aftermarket customer base.
• Leading quotation development, customer engagement and opportunity conversion activities.
• Monitoring market trends and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Representing BAC at customer sites, trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborating with Sales, Service, Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Highly Regarded

• 5+ years' experience within industrial, mechanical or HVAC service environments.
• Technical qualifications in a mechanical or related discipline.
• Experience selling service, maintenance, refurbishment or aftermarket solutions.
• Understanding of channel management and distributor networks.
• Experience developing sales strategies and leading business growth initiatives.
