THE POSITION

Behind every seamless guest experience is a well-run operation. As our full-time Stores Supervisor, you play a vital role in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, supporting our operational teams to perform at their best.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this full-time position is for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy and takes pride in maintaining impeccable standards in a busy hotel environment.  Key duties would include:

• Oversee daily stores operations, including receiving, storage, stock rotation and issuing of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory control, stock levels and par values across all departments
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and hotel brand standards at all times
• Work closely with department leaders to support operational needs
• Lead, train and support stores team members, fostering a culture of care and precision

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience with stock management, handling, and stocktaking within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive problem-solver who communicates clearly and works collaboratively
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
• Full availability over a 7-day roster
