We are currently seeking for motivated and customer focused Pharmacy Assistants to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team at Ramsay Pharmacy, Rockhampton, on a permanent part-time basis. About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing exceptional service to customers and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
• Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
• Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
• Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate II in community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualification (or a willingness to obtain)
• Previous working experience in pharmacy or retail setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
