Our client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Section Waiter to join their busy hospitality team on a casual basis.

About the Role As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for managing your own section and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Process payments accurately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

About You

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a busy restaurant.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid Australian working rights.
