Fashion Boutique Assistant Manager

We're seeking an experienced, fashion-savvy salesperson/stylist for the role of Assistant Manager to engage, style, sell, and deliver exceptional service to our well-established clientele.

The Role

This role is suited to a fashion-forward retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, building genuine customer relationships and creating a strong sales-focused team environment. At Lana Berg boutique, we're all about creating individual looks, building wardrobes, and delivering a personalised boutique experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations

• Driving sales and supporting KPI performance

• Building genuine customer relationships and repeat business

• Maintaining strong visual and presentation standards

• Taking ownership of the store when required

What are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced retail leader with a genuine interest in womenswear and a strong understanding of premium customer service.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous Assistant Manager, 2IC or senior retail experience

• Experience within a womenswear fashion boutique

• Strong sales and KPI awareness

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and presentation

• Passion for fashion styling

As part of our team, you'll:

• Deliver warm, attentive customer service in a boutique setting

• Mix and match pieces to create wardrobe capsules

• Guide and assist customers with flair and professionalism

• Build strong client relationships for repeat business

• Drive and close sales

• Merchandising & window displays

• Operate POS systems

• Navigate customers with recommendations

• Has a keen eye for styling and trends

• Communicates with confidence and warmth

• Loves creating beautiful spaces and meaningful connections

• Multitasker

• Must be available to work Saturdays

If you're someone who:

• Polished, well presented & style conscious

• Has Strong sales skills and confidence in closing sales

• Has a minimum of 10+ years of Fashion retail/boutique experience

• Has experience specifically in women's fashion retail

• Can think quickly & deliver

• Communicates with confidence, maturity and warmth

• A Multitasker

• Is available to work Saturdays

• Must have Australian work rights
