Netstar Australia are currently seeking a General Manager: Technical Services to join their team in Macquarie Park, NSW.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have a level of skill commensurate with a relevant Bachelor Degree and at least two years of relevant employment experience OR at least five years of relevant employment experience in Executive & Technical Services Management positions in GPS Telematics solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Drive strategic and tactical technical solutions planning;
• Oversee the technical services pipeline;
• Streamline and optimise the technical solutions process;
• Select, implement and manage technical assistance tools and improvements in the technical operations process;
• Manage CRM development and discipline;
• Perform technical sales forecasting;
• Work with the leadership team to develop organisational goals;
• Lead a team of technical solutions professionals;
• Set and track KPI's for the technical services team;
• Liaise with the research & development team on improving the technical solution offering to increase profit;
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new technical solutions and services;
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement;
• Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met;
• Develop and maintain relationships with all departments.
