About the role
About the Role
The position reports to the Coordinator Enrolment Operations and Compliance Services and is responsible for the planning, processing, scheduling and delivery of the student enrolment processes and activities that occur across the organisation for multiple student cohorts. A major focus of this role is to support the further development of on-line enrolment/re-enrolment processes across the University. It works closely with other enrolment staff to ensure that student enrolment administration needs are met and that students have a positive and hassle-free enrolment experience.
The position assists the Coordinator to ensure that all enrolment related activity runs smoothly and on schedule. The role is expected to act as a subject matter expert for key operational activities and is required to work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure that students’ transition from application to enrolment occurs and that their experience is a seamless one.
Full-time, fixed-term position until 2 March 2027 at our Hawthorn campus.
Hybrid role – two days in the office Wednesday and Thursday.
