About The Role

Storeperson / FT – Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm

This role allows you to be a part our Perth team in a warehouse and logistics role. You will be working in a small team, reporting to the Branch Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenges of freight and orders and inventory movements, where you can learn and apply leading parts management processes whilst also learning about our product range.

Responsibilities

• Unloading of trucks

• Receipt stock in a timely manner

• Follow up on late purchase orders

• Process orders

• Supervise/assist the loading of trucks if required

• Work with the business to co-ordinate the storage, housekeeping and organisation of the stock and associated paperwork

• Manage the restocking of product

• Answer internal inquiries

• Support sales staff

• Customer service

• Prepare basic sales orders

• Maintain safe practices when lifting/packing heavy items

• Occasional lifting and packing of heavy boxes.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Forklift Licence is a MUST

• The ability to work within a team with a positive approach to challenges

• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems

• Ability to complete orders on a timely schedule 

• A commitment to following safe working practices

• Australian drivers licence

• Knowledge of stores/inventory

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Think on your feet
