Salary/Level: Level 3, $89,464 - $96,043 p.a. plus Superannuation

Tenure: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Fremantle and Rottnest Island (commuting), Western Australia

The Residential Leasing Officer is responsible for providing support to the Property Management Coordinator and Commercial Manager in relation to the management of the residential leasing portfolio. This involves the administration of tenancy agreements on the Island including processes relating to allocation of properties, compliance monitoring, dealing with maintenance and repairs, stakeholder management, assisting with drafting submissions to Director/Executive Director and undertaking minor projects relating to the residential portfolio.

The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.

Selection Criteria

1. Experience in residential property management including strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to resolve tenant issues, managing repairs and maintenance requirements in collaboration with property manager.
2. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to appropriately prioritise and resolve urgent matters while maintaining business as usual activities.
3. Proven ability to interpret and apply regulations and policies, with strong attention to detail.
4. Strong ICT skills with experience of using property management software.
5. Applies and promotes the principles of equity, diversity and work health and safety in the workplace.
