Property Manager

Looking for a Property Management role with a great team, a quality portfolio and room to grow?

Forsyth Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Rose Bay team full-time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping things running smoothly and delivering great service to both landlords and tenants.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships

• Rent collection, arrears and trust accounting

• Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance

• Lease renewals and tenancy documentation

• Keeping on top of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance

• Handling landlord and tenant enquiries

• Maintaining accurate property records and reporting

We’d love to meet someone who has:

• At least 3 years’ residential property management experience

• Strong trust accounting experience

• Good knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation

• Great communication and people skills

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Experience with property management software

• A current driver’s license

• Relevant real estate qualifications/licensing
