About the role
Medical Receptionist/Admin
Wicklow Avenue Medical Centre is a private billing GP-owned practice in Croydon, Victoria. Our practice is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and our Medical Receptionists are a central part of our team, being the friendly and professional initial contact for our patients.
We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist with strong administration skills. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent customer service, with the ability to prioritize, and problem solve when needed. Be a team player, have strong organisational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in busy situations, whilst maintaining a consistent and professional approach to all situations.
Previous experience using Best Practice software is required
The position is for 22.5 hours per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm plus availability to cover annual/personal leave.
