Commercial Manager - Access Solutions

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join dormakaba at a pivotal time as we continue to grow our Access Solutions business with the addition of Vintech. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President, Access Solutions Pacific, you'll lead one of dormakaba's key product portfolios across Australia, driving commercial growth, shaping product strategy and leading a team focused on delivering innovative access solutions to customers nationwide.

Working closely with Sales, Service, Marketing and Operations, you'll play a key role in identifying market opportunities, delivering customer-focused solutions and supporting the continued growth of our expanded Access Solutions business.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing national Access Solutions team.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across the Access Solutions portfolio.
• Develop and execute product, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead product launches, lifecycle management and market development initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Sales, Service, Specification, Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

What we require

• Proven leadership experience within a commercial, technical sales or product management environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business performance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing and implementing commercial or product strategies.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• A collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering results.

What we prefer

• Experience within the access solutions, electronic security, building products or construction industry.
• Experience managing product portfolios, technical solutions or commercial programs.
• Knowledge of access control technologies, connected solutions or integrated security systems.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline.
