14-Month Parental Leave Cover | South Perth | Full-Time | Indigenous Shared Services Group (ISSG)
An excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment and mobilisation professional to join a well-established Indigenous owned organisation.
ISSG is an Indigenous owned partnership of Aboriginal businesses, providing shared corporate and business services across a diverse portfolio of resource sector companies. Our People & Culture team supports a large FIFO workforce, and we are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Mobilisation Officer to join us on a 14-month parental leave contract.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role spanning the full recruitment and mobilisation lifecycle. You will coordinate interviews, manage medicals and compliance documentation, and ensure every new starter is fully prepared and compliant prior to commencing work on site.
Key Responsibilities● Coordinate end to end recruitment activity, including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling and applicant liaison
● Manage all aspects of workforce mobilisation, including training bookings, medicals, tickets, qualifications, uniforms and logistics
● Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, contractors and labour hire personnel
● Maintain compliance with training needs analysis and client contract requirements
● Coordinate accommodation bookings across client and company systems
● Liaise effectively with operations managers, site supervisors, village management and candidates
Skills and Experience● Demonstrated experience in a recruitment and/or mobilisation role, ideally within the resources, construction or a similarly fast paced FIFO environment
● A qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable
● Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
● Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Planner, Lists)
● A proactive, solutions focused approach and a genuine commitment to quality service
