Specialised Operator

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Specialised Pavement Operators to join our Airports and Specialised Pavements team based out of Eastern Creek. These newly created positions offer the opportunity to work on unique airport, spray seal and pavement infrastructure projects across Sydney Metro and regional locations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating and maintaining specialised pavement and civil construction equipment
• Crack sealing and spray sealing activities
• Asphalt paving and pavement rehabilitation works
• Operating mobile asphalt and KMA plants
• Supporting project delivery in line with safety, quality and productivity standards
• Working across Sydney Metro and regional NSW, with approximately 40% of the year spent working away from home

This is a hands-on role offering variety, travel and the opportunity to work on some of Australia's most specialised airport and pavement projects.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum HR Licence (HC Licence highly regarded)
• Previous experience operating bitumen spray trucks or similar construction equipment
• Civil construction, road maintenance or infrastructure experience
• Dangerous Goods Licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Flexibility to work away from home and travel when required
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team environment
