Warehouse Manager | SANECTOR Adelaide

San Miguel Yamamura Australasia (SMYA) is an established leader in packaging and contract wine filling in Australia and New Zealand. SMYA, a collective packaging specialist is composes of its key group members being, COSPAK, Vinocor, JMP Retail and SANECTOR.

SANECTOR are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine and beverages.

Reporting to the Site Manager, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives on delivering results. This is more than managing a warehouse—it's an opportunity to lead, influence, and drive performance. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, improve processes, develop your team, and create a warehouse operation that consistently delivers outstanding results.

This role is typically a Monday - Friday, 7:30am -3:30pm role.

• Lead a high-performing warehouse team to consistently achieve operational targets.

• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team supporting employee performance and development.

• Take ownership of warehouse performance and deliver measurable results.

• Deliver budget outcomes through labour, equipment and cost control.

• Report operational performance and outcomes to management.  

• Drive continuous improvement across safety, productivity, quality, and service.

• Monitor stock movements and minimise inventory discrepancies.

• Build strong relationships with customers. freight providers and internal stakeholders

• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance
  

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 3 - 5 years leadership experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain

• Strong communication skills

• Strong inventory management and stock control experience

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Valid driver’s license and forklift license

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
