Moderna Stone is looking for a motivated and personable Sale Assistant to join our growing tile and natural stone showroom.

We specialise in premium porcelain tiles, natural stone, mosaics and architectural finishes, working with homeowners, builders, designers and trades across Brisbane.

We are looking for someone who is confident to approach customers, build relationships and turn enquiries into sales.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in the showroom

• Providing product advice and helping customers put together suitable combinations

• Preparing quotes and following up enquiries

• Following up leads by phone, email and message

• Building relationships with builders, designers, renovators and trades

• Processing orders and maintaining customer records

• Keeping the showroom organised, clean and professionally presented

• Helping with product displays, samples and merchandising

• Proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales

• Social media posts

Product training can be provided to the right person.
