Matz Roofing is a locally owned and operated commercial metal roofing and cladding company based in Townsville. With several large commercial projects starting soon, we are expanding our team and are seeking motivated, reliable people to grow with us.

Positions Available

Apprentices – Roofing (Metal)
No experience needed. We’re looking for motivated individuals with a great attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safe work practices.

Tradespeople – Metal Roofing & Cladding
We are seeking qualified or highly experienced roofers and cladders for ongoing commercial work.
Pay: $50 – $66.50 per hour (casual).

Site Supervisors – Roofing & Cladding
Lead and manage commercial crews, oversee installation quality, and maintain safety and productivity.
Pay: $65 – $69+ per hour.

Subcontractor Crews Wanted – Commercial Projects

We also invite experienced subcontractor roofing and cladding crews to partner with us.

Requirements:

• Must be registered as a company

• High safety standards and compliant documentation

• Proven quality installation experience

• Full insurances required
