Lead Physiotherapy services across Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service, providing strategic leadership, clinical and professional governance, and operational oversight across multiple specialties and facilities. In this influential leadership role, you will drive service excellence, workforce capability, quality improvement, education and research, while partnering with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and better health outcomes for communities across Far North Queensland.About us:
The Physiotherapy Department at Cairns Hospital delivers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services across acute, sub-acute and specialist care settings. Our team provides expert care across diverse clinical areas including emergency, intensive care, rehabilitation, paediatrics, oncology, orthopaedics, aged care and stroke services, supporting positive health outcomes for communities across Far North Queensland.
Our values were developed by our staff, patients and community. They guide our work and actions every day. Our staff are part of the community we serve. We believe that we can improve health outcomes by involving our community in the planning and evaluation of their local health services.
