Car Sales Consultant — Experienced or Trainee | High-Volume Automotive Brand | OTE $100K+

A leading Sydney automotive group is looking for a Car Sales Consultant to join a high-performing showroom team — whether you're an experienced sales professional or ready to step into your first automotive sales role.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where communication, precision and follow-through matter. You'll need to genuinely enjoy connecting with customers, take pride in how you present yourself, and be the kind of person who takes direction well and runs with it.

What's on offer:

• Base salary $55,000 + $200 Sunday loading
• OTE $100,000
• Commission structure plus company car/car allowance activated after your 6-month probation
• Two days off per week, including at least one Sunday off per month (often two)

What we're looking for:

• Prior sales or customer-facing work experience
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• A well-presented, professional approach
• A positive, proactive mindset and high EQ
• Comfortable working weekends as part of a rewarding retail sales schedule
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment Police Check and Medical check.
