Forever Living Products is seeking an experienced and driven Client Relationship Specialist to join our brand new Australian HQ in Sydney Olympic Park.

About the Role

This is a newly created role with a strong focus on driving sales growth and building long-term partner relationships.

You’ll work closely with the Country Manager and wider global team to:

• Grow and nurture key accounts and partner businesses
• Identify new revenue opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Support partner success through coaching, training, and engagement

This is a highly visible role where your impact will directly influence business growth in Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and grow relationships with partners to drive revenue and retention
• Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and online)
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions
• Coach and support leaders with structured plans and goal setting
• Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, payroll, and recognition programs
• Support sales incentives, product launches, and key initiatives
• Drive engagement through events, social platforms, and community channels
• Attend national events, conferences, and partner meetings

About You

You’re a relationship-builder who combines commercial thinking with genuine care for people.

You’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer success (health, beauty, or wellness preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• The ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
• High organisation and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence working both independently and within a global team
• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
